Using Doorzo

By creating an account or using this site, you agree to these terms. Listing and applying for a property is free — no fees, ever, for landlords or tenants. We generate revenue from partner subscriptions and affiliate referrals (clearly marked wherever they appear), never from charging you to list, search, or apply.

Your responsibilities

• Listing information must be accurate — including Material Information disclosures required by Trading Standards.
• Rental listings may not invite bidding above the advertised rent (Renters' Rights Act).
• Never ask another user to pay, or agree to pay, outside the platform before a tenancy or sale completes.
• Don't upload a document expecting it to grant a verified badge — see our verification approach below.
• Treat other users, and their personal data shared with you (e.g. a Renter Passport), with care.

Verification and trust badges

"Verified Owner", "Funding Verified", and similar badges are only ever awarded via a direct check with an official source (an identity provider, Open Banking, a credit reference agency, HM Land Registry, or the Home Office) — never from a document you upload. Where a check can't be done source-direct, it stays "pending" for manual review rather than showing a badge it hasn't earned. We can't guarantee every listing or user is exactly as represented — badges reduce risk, they don't eliminate it.

Moderation

We review listings before they go live and may reject, unpublish, or request changes to one that breaches these terms or the law. We may suspend an account for fraud, harassment, or repeated policy breaches.

Liability

We provide the platform "as is." We're not a party to any tenancy or sale agreed between users, and we don't guarantee the accuracy of third-party data shown on the site (Land Registry, EPC, crime, or school data) beyond what those official sources themselves provide.

Changes

We may update these terms; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
